Boum Ltd is a UK property company that sources, structures and manages investment opportunities across the residential and commercial market. We work with investors who want their capital to work harder than it can in a savings account or the stock market — without taking on the headaches of doing it themselves.

What we do

We find under-valued and overlooked property, add value to it, and put it to work — as long-term lets, social housing, HMOs, conversions and more. We offer investors two simple ways to participate: a fixed monthly return, or a true profit-share partnership.
